Creating a "Custom Design" shall mean modifying any design property other than colors, images, image sizes or image alignment.
You are not allowed to create, operate or sell software products or services that give their users the ability to create Custom Designs using the Software, except on the Boomla Platform.
You are not allowed to use the Software in creating a website builder, website editor, visual editor or visual development environment, except on the Boomla Platform.
You are not allowed to use the Software in a service that is selling or displaying themes, templates or other design work from multiple authors. For avoidance of doubt, this does not prevent you from selling or displaying such work created using the Software, you are only not allowed to use the Software in the service itself.
This license shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
